I used to read a blog that started out every Monday with a fitness related motivational quote. I think that’s a great idea, because if you start the week off working out and eating right, it’s easier to carry it through the week. So here’s to Monday Motivation!

  1. Yes, I agree.. Mondays usually can make or break my whole workout schedule for the week.

    I find that usually by Wednesday I’ve lost all motivation to work out.. which is why I started #WorkoutWednesdays in which I share workouts, health tips, playlist.. etc. on all my social networks to provide that extra motivation for those out there like me with the Mid-Week Workout Blues!
